About Us

Since formation in 1994 we have been committed to assisting our clients grow their businesses with the right business structures, funding arrangements, management reporting as well as providing an objective general business and financial sounding board for business owners.

Logan Woods offices are conveniently located in the north west Sydney suburb of Epping. Our clients include investors, retiree's, self managed superannuation funds and businesses ranging from individuals to small/medium sized businesses operating in a variety of sectors and self managed superannuation funds.

Jennifer Woods is the principal of the firm with over 30 years experience in public accounting and is an Associate member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Jenny initially trained with KPMG and became a senior manager before joining her father in establishing Logan Woods over 20 years ago. Jenny has extensive experience in small business, income tax, self managed superannuation funds, fringe benefits tax, company secretarial/administration and in advising small businesses.

Jenny's father, Brian Logan recently retired from the firm having practiced for over 50 years in Logan Woods and predecessor firms.

As a chartered accounting practice, Logan Woods abides by the practicing requirements and standards of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. We maintain ongoing professional education and abide by the code of ethics of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
